MASTERING OUR MISSION

In this live presentation module for our direct reports & service partners, my fellow leaders and I collaboratively presented this core training refresher to realign ourselves with the vision & purpose of the program.

  • Global experience employees including receptionists, coordinators, supervisors and managers. Global facilities employees including regional managers, site managers & assistant managers and facility coordinators.

  • Between five presenters, we divvied the live session up into four parts. I took part four, The Dialogue of Hospitality, taking inspiration from an eLearning module hosted by CBRE. My duties here included: presentation development, graphic design, leading small groups in scenario-based Q&A, live facilitation of slides 35-48.

An inspired concept project for improving cross-departmental collaboration, communication, and discovering cross-training opportunities creating growth and boosting employee retention. I used instructional design’s ADDIE model to create a high level text-based storyboard of the potential learning experience. In this document I identified the course purpose, objectives, and audience profile.
